Mindfulness meditation is talked about a lot in today's online blogs.

ensuring you are truly relaxed first, meditation without relaxation is

Do you mediate? If so, do you ensure you relax fully first, or, like
most things we attempt in today's society, do you rush into it, try the
quick 5 minute version, then state it doesn't work?
